For a first lesson
Tell the club the participant’s age, experience and aim: meeting horses, regular lessons or competition preparation. Ask about individual or group teaching, group size and time with the instructor.
Equipment and arrangements
Before visiting, ask about a correctly sized loan helmet, footwear and arrival time for preparation. Agree separately on child supervision, accessibility and cancellations. The answers should relate to the particular booking, rather than every service the club offers.
